Flexible work arrangements in innovative hubs and canteens foster creative collisions across functional groups within the organization. Conference rooms leverage productivity with the latest teleconferencing support along with flexible configurations for multiple uses.
Several art installations by leading urban artists tell the organization’s story and help it adapt to Houston’s historic East End community.

The Programs building is designed to accommodate The Center for Pursuit’s programs and services, including employment training and day habilitation.
Flexibility was a central design criteria for this building, as programs change over time. The floor plan is largely open, with furniture that can be reconfigured in time to support varied training and employment formats. The clear height for each floor was increased to both support this flexibility and to maximize natural daylight throughout the building.
The building connects to a surface parking lot with a drop-off zone for METRO Lift, which was designed to accommodate the more than 450 program participants and their families coming and going each day.
