The Wellness building serves has a health and wellness hub for The Center for Pursuit’s campus. The flexible spaces throughout accommodate behavioral health, dental, medical, and fitness uses in addition to programmatic uses.

The first floor features a large retail spaces designed to accommodate a full-service restaurant with an extensive outdoor patio facing the public green. The restaurant will activate the campus, compliment the nonprofit’s inclusion model by bringing the community onto the campus, and provide healthy dining options.
